Engagement

How aime engages

aime operates two go-to-market motions on a single intelligence layer: project-oriented sovereign deployments with ministries and development agencies, and direct-to-teacher distribution via teachaime.ai.

Two motions · One platform

B2G

Sovereign deployments

Project-oriented engagements with ministries of education, education authorities and development agencies. Scoped national or regional deployments under sovereign hosting, with defined outcomes and multi-year operating components.

Engagements are structured around the deploying authority's procurement cycle, curriculum framework and infrastructure reality — not around a per-seat licence model.

B2C

Direct to teachers

teachaime.ai is the direct-to-teacher product on the aime platform — individual educators subscribe personally, on their own cards. Launching shortly.

Teachers subscribe personally — no school, district or ministry procurement involved. This builds bottom-up adoption that often precedes, and informs, B2G engagements.

The consumer surface and the sovereign infrastructure share one architecture. Insights, improvements and curriculum understanding compound across both motions.

Engagement phases

From discovery to operating partnership

Sovereign deployments move through four phases. Timelines are scoped to the deploying authority's procurement cycle and infrastructure reality.

  1. 01 / 04

    Discovery

Curriculum, infrastructure, sovereignty and policy assessment. Joint scoping of intended outcomes and operational constraints.

  2. 02 / 04

    Pilot

Bounded deployment against a defined cohort or programme. Operational learnings and outcome instrumentation in place from day one.

  3. 03 / 04

    National rollout

Scaled deployment across the deploying authority's full footprint, with sovereign hosting, language operationalisation and teacher onboarding.

  4. 04 / 04

    Operating partnership

Multi-year operating engagement — continuous improvement, model and curriculum updates, audit and governance support.

Working structure

What aime brings. What partners bring.

aime

Platform and operation

  • The aime platform — intelligence layer, agentic orchestration, knowledge architecture and pedagogical engine.
  • Curriculum ingestion and structured encoding into the ThinkBook knowledge substrate.
  • Sovereign deployment across cloud, edge and offline environments — including aime Hub appliances where required.
  • Ongoing operation, model updates and platform improvement under contracted terms.
Partner

Authority and access

  • Curriculum authority — standards, learning outcomes and pedagogical framing.
  • Deployment access — schools, devices, networks and teacher communities.
  • Governance frameworks — data, child safety, procurement and audit posture.
  • Outcome definition — what success looks like for the deploying authority.
Commercial posture

Project-based, not per-seat

Sovereign deployments are priced as scoped projects with multi-year operating components. Commercial detail is shared under NDA at the discovery phase.
